COME STAY AT A INSHRIACH LOGHOUSE

The log cabin is located on Instriach farm just in the Cairngorms National Park. Settled in a nest of trees this cabin is so magical to us in more ways than one.

With a large fire to warm the lodge and a rocking chair to watch the wildlife whilst drinking tea. The ultimate bliss.

Just imagine being in the log cabin the rain coming down hard outside but you are inside cosy sat by the fire hot chocolate in hand reading a book. Sounds like something from a movie, well its real. Let me tell you its what we need after the grinding of work and life.

Don't be fooled however the log cabin might have no running water or electricity but the wifi signal is still strong meaning if you wanted to work but get away this is the place for it.

You first arrive at the green barn and walk down to the main farm yard when you are greeted by the owner Walter. A Londoner who followed his roots back to Scotland. Here he talks about his passion in Gin making and shows you around. You have a small shop if you need to pick up eggs from the farm or Gin. A shower block and a kitchen if you do need electricity for your phone.

Walter has hands down thought of everything from all the quirky spaces to stay to the horse box sauna ( something we completely forgot about) I REALLY advise you all to stay here to experience this!

On the farm itself there is other unique stays, we have the bothy, the beermoth (see above) and the Yurt.

This is also very special to us as its where Darren got on one knee to propose!

The lodge itself has no running water or electricity but plenty of candles!
